Competition Rules


These are the rules and details for the Tanya's Courage Trust Photo Competition, with Richard Horsfield Photography, Lex Dezigns Ltd & Chy Blew.

Entries
One entry/image per person.
Entry fee is £2 per image.
Entries/images are accepted via the Tanya's Courage Trust Facebook page only.
We will copy images from the Facebook page and create an individual post per image on this site. This post can then be liked/shared via Facebook or any other social media platform to encourage votes. Votes are only accepted via this blog, votes on Facebook itself will not count.
Entrants must hold the copyright or have prior written permission from the copyright holder for the images posted.
Winners will be notified by personal email.
This Competition is only available for residents of Cornwall.
Winning photoshoot must take place within 2 weeks of the winner being announced, at our studio in St Austell.
We reserve the right to refuse any entry at our discretion, at any time and for whatever reason.

Copyright
Entrants retain full copyright over their images. Entrants are personally responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use the image.
We require that the winners photograph will be used to promote the Tanya's Courage Trust Baby Fair.
Richard Horsfield retains the copyright to the winners photoshoot photographs.

How to Vote
To vote for an image, simply click the "Like" button under it.

Winner
The promoters of this competition reserve the right to use the images from the winners photoshoot to promote, advertise or market our services.

Duration of Competition
Entries will be accepted from 14th February 2013, until 31st March 2013 at 00:00.
Voting will commence from 1st April 2013 until 25th June 2013.
The winner will be announced on 26th June 2013.

Prize
There is one prize for the most popular image.
The prize will be awarded to the image that has the most votes. Votes are deemed as the number of times that the image has been liked (via Facebook) on this site only. Likes gained on Facebook itself will not count.
In the event of a tie, the tied images only will be re-submitted for a further 7 days voting.
Prize details: 1x Professional Photoshoot, 1x 30x20 canvas, 1x CD of Photoshoot images.

Richard Horsfield Photography, the Tanya's Courage Trust, Lex Dezigns Ltd & Chy Blew shall not be liable in any way for a submission to this competition.

Welcome to the Competition page, where you have the chance to win a Portrait package worth £390 and be the "Face of the Fair" 2013!

Entry is £2, submit a photo of your child on our Facebook page here or drop a print into the St Austell shop.

Prize package includes a free photoshoot and large canvas print of your favourite image, supplied by Lex Dezigns Ltd.

The first 20 entries receive a voucher for a free child's haircut at Chy Blew.

You can help us support young people fighting cancer by making a donation. Simply click the pink button above.

Tanya's Courage Trust

Tanya's Courage Trust are a charity offering financial help and support to young people fighting Cancer aged 16 to 25 in Cornwall.

They do their best to help young people through the tough times.

Tanya's Courage Trust can help organise a special day out, nice meals or even new games to ease the boredom.

You can help them in the invaluable work they do by making a donation of any amount via the pink button on the right.

They can also offer financial assistance if that's what's needed.
